The petitioners are before this Court aggrieved by the order of the Trial Court dated 13/07/2018, by which, the application Exhibit 48 filed by the petitioners seeking rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been rejected.

The learned AGP submits that this Writ Petition is not maintainable and a revision will have to be filed by the petitioners.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with

11-wp-12703-18.odt liberty to the petitioners to prefer a revision. If the same is filed within 3 (three) weeks from today, the time spent by the petitioners in this Court from 07/08/2018 until 3 (three) weeks from today, would be a ground to be canvased for condonation of delay.
