At present, we do not find the apprehension of the petitioners that administrative board would be appointed in place of administrator to be substantiated by any documents. It will be within the right of the petitioners to assail the said factum and if the administrative board is sought to be appointed to agitate against it. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on 10.11.2020, the petitioners had given representation for holding the elections of the APMC, Hingoli. The representation is not decided, nor the same is attended by the authority.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 4.

In case, the representation is filed by the petitioners, naturally, the authority shall look into the said representation and take decision upon it on its own merits and in accordance with law, rules and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from today.
