Learned Public Prosecutor Mr.Kale, on instructions, submits that even though the Investigating Officer has submitted "B" summary report before the Court, neither the Trial Court has accepted the said "B" summary report nor rejected. Said "B" summary report is still under consideration. 02.

In view of the same, the petitioner, who is original complainant, can file his protest petition before the Trial Court, in connection with said "B" summary report.
