The Petitioner has joined service as a 'Junior Clerk' on a post reserved for the Scheduled Caste Category on 30/06/2023. She has received an intimation dated 22/07/2024, from Respondent No.4/Employer that, she needs to tender her validity certificate.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Petitioner's proposal for seeking validation of her claim of belonging to the

9134.24wp (2) 'Koli Malhar-30' Scheduled Tribe, is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 2014.

Since the constitution of the Scrutiny Committee has recently undergone a change, the Petitioner can appear before the Committee on 02/09/2024, at 12:00 noon. After hearing the Petitioner, the orders would be passed within 30 days. The Petitioner is satisfied. He agrees to appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 02/09/2024, at 12:00 noon.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
