1] This is an application seeking amendment. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that subsequent events are sought to be brought on record by way of amendment i.e. factum of validity being issued in favour of near relatives.

2] We have heard learned AGP also.

3] Even otherwise, facts sought to be introduced by way of amendment can be controverted by filing affidavit by

CA 9696/15 in WP 4994/03 - 2 - respondents.

4] Considering the aforesaid aspect and the fact that subsequent events are sought to be brought on record, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) and disposed of.
