The applicant is seeking permission to condone the delay of 96 days in filing civil revision application. The reason for delay appears from the application is that the applicant resides at remote place and therefore, could not make contact with his advocate. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application and the short period of delay, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause B subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Advocate Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad .

The civil revision application of the applicant be registered after removal of office objections, if any and on payment of cost. 5.
