The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed proposal for allotment of plot as persons belonging to Project Affected Person category. The Tahsildar has also submitted his report to the Collector in the year 2010, however, no decision has been taken on it as yet. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and submits that, in case proposal forwarded by the Tahsildar Exhibit - D (page 15) to the Collector is pending, then the Collector shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance law and policy, expeditiously and
