Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent - Scrutiny Committee.

This petition is filed for a limited purpose of direction to the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner for scheduled tribe Mannervarlu, at the earliest. 3.

The urgency in the matter is that the petitioner has been allotted college for pursuing a course in engineering and the last date for submitting validity certificate is 04th September 2025. 4.

The learned AGP submits that the Scrutiny Committee would take some time, for the reason that the vigilance cell enquiry is Shrikant Malani

48.WP.9456.2025.doc yet to be completed.

We are informed that father and two uncles of the petitioner have validity certificates issued by the Committee in their favour.

In that light, considering the extreme urgency in the matter, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner at the earliest and in any case on or before 31st August 2025.

The writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
