Vide Civil Application No.14352 of 2022, the applicants are seeking substitution of Chandrakant Uddhavrao Panchbhai, who died on 27/02/2019. The Respondent has no objection for the same. In view of the above, the said application allowed. 2.

Legal heirs of applicant Chandrakant also needs to be brought on record in Second Appeal No.110 of 2012. The respondent in Second Appeal, has no objection if the said legal heirs are brought on record without formal application. Necessary amendment be carried out

CA 12755-2022 within a week by bringing legal heirs of Chandrakant on record in Second Appeal No.110 of 2012.

Vide Civil Application No.12755 of 2022, the applicants pray for directions to Registry to return the document of sale deed dated 27/05/2002 (Exh.73) to the legal heirs of deceased Chandrakant. The respondent has no objections for the same. However, respondent submits that the legal heirs of Chandrakant to produce the said original document at the time of final hearing before this Court and they would also not utilize the said document for creation of any third party interest.
