Heard the rival submissions. Learned Counsel for respondent - husband, on instruction, submits that respondent is not having any objection for transfer of the matter as prayed in the application. Hence, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The petition No. A-284/2020 pending before the Family Court, Yavatmal, is transferred to Family Court, Aurangabad for disposal according to law. The respondent is directed to appear before the Family Court, Aurangabad on 14th November 2022.
