The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the Committee since the year 2004. The vigilance has been conducted in the year 2013 by the Nandurbar Committee, however, same is not decided as yet.

The learned Assistant Government accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the

2 wp 9315.19 respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 05th August, 2019 and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
