The petitioner is approaching the Court at a very late stage. We cannot encourage such petition. The petitioner has filed proposal for validation of the tribe claim only on 16.03.2021 and at the eleventh hour has approached this Court. The vigilance is also conducted. We cannot issue positive direction to the Committee to decide the proceedings within stipulated period.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the committee, if it is possible, may endeavour to decide the proceeding by 15.10.021.
