Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and leaned counsel the respondents. It is submitted by Mr. Manorkar, the learned counsel for the respondents that the respondents have challenged the award passed by the Arbitrator before the District Court. Stay application is moved in the said proceeding. The respondents shall deposit the amount under the Award before the concerned District Court, where the matter is pending, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Further, orders with regard to the stay and or right of the present petitioner to withdraw the same shall be passed by the learned District Judge where the proceedings are pending after hearing the parties.
