Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner is seeking directions for initiation of departmental enquiry against the respondent No. 4 to whom the petitioner claims to be her husband and she is second wife. The respondent No. 4 is serving at Solapur. The petitioner is seeking directions against the Zilla Parishad, Solapur. Same would not be within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
