Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents. It is submitted by learned counsel Mr. Manorkar that respondents have challenged the award passed by the Arbitrator before the District Court. Stay application is moved in the said proceeding. Respondents shall deposit the amount under the award before the concerned District Court, where the matter is pending, within a period of eight weeks from today.

Further, orders with regard to the stay and or right of the present petitioner to withdraw the amount shall be passed by the learned District Judge where the proceedings are pending after hearing the parties.
