Considering the prayers put forth and the order passed by the Competent Authority on the Securitisation Application, the petitioners have a statutory remedy available under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy as is permissible in law.
