PER COURT:

1] The amount as per the award passed by the Arbitrator is not yet deposited. The Highway Authority shall deposit the said amount within a period of 3 months from today. In case, the authority files an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, then the withdrawal of the said amount would be governed by the orders passed by the principal Court of ordinary original civil jurisdiction in proceedings under Section 34. In case, within a period of 3 months, no stay is granted by the District Court, in proceedings under Section 34, the petitioner would be entitled to withdraw the amount.
