Heard Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has completed the period of Krushi Sevak and now the petitioner is entitled for the payment in the pay scale of Krushi Sahayyak. The same is not being paid only on the ground that validity certificate is not submitted. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for all respondents and submits that the vigilance is completed. The copy of the vigilance report is served upon the petitioner. The petitioner failed to file her say to the vigilance report.

If the petitioner is not cooperating in expeditious disposal of the proceeding, then the petitioner would not be entitled for equity. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 21.09.2021 and file her say to the vigilance report. The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceeding by 15.12.2021. 5.

Depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding, the employer may take further steps with regard to the pay scale of the petitioner. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
