The petitioner, a bus conductor, is a workman under Section 2(s) of the Industrial Dispute Act 1947. The respondent Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation is an industry under Section 2 (j) of the Industrial Dispute Act. 2.

Grievance of the petitioner is that his Second Appeal dated 16.12.2017, is still not decided by respondent No.2. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. In the event the said Second Appeal is not yet decided,

74- W. P. No. 9264-2022.odt respondent No.2 shall decide the same, on or before 15th November, 2022. The copy of the decision of the Second Appellate authority, shall be served upon the petitioner within three weeks.
