P.C. :- Matter is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 11th December, 2024 passed in Second Appeal No. 582 of 2022. It is submitted that appearance of Mr. M.N. Navandar is wrongly shown, instead, it be shown as Mr. Mehul V. Navandar. Secondly, in on page No.4, para.5, 4th Line from top, area be corrected as 10R, instead of 10 Acres and in para.6, 4th line from bottom, area be corrected as 10R instead of 69R. Similarly, in para. No.4,5 and 6, wherever the area is mentioned in "Acre" same be replaced by "R". The motion is allowed and disposed of. Necessary correction be carried out. Corrected copy be uploaded.
