We have heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Manokar, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and the learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. 2.
The grievance is that award has been passed by the arbitrator, but as yet amount is not deposited. 3.
Mr. Manorkar, the learned counsel submits that, the respondents have challenged the said award by filing an application U/Sec. 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and
2 wp 11069.15 the stay application is also part heard.

Within a period of three months, the respondents shall deposit the amount under the award in proceedings U/Sec. 34 of the Arbitration Act. The question about disbursement of the amount will be subject to the orders passed in the proceedings U/Sec. 34 of the Arbitration Act or stay application before the District Judge. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
