The common factors in all these matters are as under :-

4494.17wp etc (2) (a) All these Petitioners are admittedly second wives of the deceased employees.

(b) The deceased employees have children from the first wife, as well as from the second wife.

(c) All the children born out of relationship with the second wives, are adults and married and, therefore, would not be entitled for family pension.

The Full Bench of this Court, to which, one of us is a party (Ravindra V. Ghuge, J.), has delivered a judgment on 31/01/2019 in Writ Petition No.9933/2016 (Kamalbai W/o Venkatrao Nipanikar Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, [2019 (3) Mh.L.J. 921] and connected Petitions, which covers this issue.

In view of the above, all these Writ Petitions are dismissed.
