Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been filed for verification of the tribe claim in June 2021. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding expeditiously.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

It would not be possible to issue positive directions to the committee to decide the proceeding as the petitioner has approached the Court very late.

If it is possible for the committee, then the committee may endeavour to decide the proceeding by 15.10.2021. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 21.09.2021.
