Mr. Dhage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, there was no direction to the Circle Officer to decide the matter and the Circle Officer has decided the matter. The learned counsel further submits that, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Circle Officer by filing separate writ petition.

In the order of this Court directions were given to the Tahsildar to decide the matter. If under delegated power the Circle Officer has decided, it does not affect the order or there is no willful disobedience of the order of this Court. As the
2 cp 599.18 petitioner has already challenged the order, we are not inclined to take cognizance of the contempt. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
