Learned counsel for the applicant-acquiring body submits that, as per order dated 14.12.2020 granting interim stay, 75% of the amount of award has been deposited in this Court. He prays that the said interim stay be made absolute.

In view of the above, the interim relief/stay granted by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020 is made absolute. 6.
