It is submitted that as per the Government Resolution dated 20.03.2019, the Deputy Director of Education is competent to take decision for inclusion of name in Shalarth Pranali. 2.

If the Deputy Director of Education is empowered to take decision for inclusion of the name in Shalarth Pranali, then the Deputy Director of Education shall take decision upon the proposal for inclusion of the name of the petitioner in Shalarth Pranali on its own merits, preferably within a period of three months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
