By the present contempt petition, the petitioner has prayed to take action under the provisions of the Contempt of Court Act against respondent No. 2 for committing the contempt of the order passed by this Court dated 10.10.2011 in Writ Petition No. 7706/2011. This Court by order dated 10.10.2011 has directed the respondent No. 2 to decide the Revision Petition No. 35/2009 within a period of six months. 3.

The learned AGP has pointed out that the concerned revisional authority has decided Revision Petition No. 35/2009 on 1.3.2014. 4.

It is noted in the order passed by the revisional authority that in certain interim connected proceedings orders were passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and opinion was given by the Advocate General of Maharahshtra State on holding of decisions in the matter in view of the interim orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court. The copy of the order passed by the revisional authority dated 1.3.2014 is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Prima facie no case for willful contempt is made out. 4.
