Munoli Rajashri Karabasappa vs State of Maharashtra through Secretary and others (Writ Petition No.8587 of 2016 with companion matters) decided on 10th July, 2017.

In view of aforesaid, with the stand taken by learned Counsel for the parties, writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. The said order shall apply to this petition also. 3.
