Mr Rajale, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that, the Division Bench of this Court in First Appeal St. No. 22616 of 2008 with connected appeals, has already confirmed the judgment of the reference Court.

In the present appeals also, the lands are acquired under the same notification u/s 4 and for the same project. 3.

Considering the above and in view of the fact that the enhancement is not much, the First Appeals also stand dismissed however, with no order as to costs.
