Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.P.P. for the Respondent/State and learned counsel for respondent No.2/victim. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that for about one year there was no material progress in the trial. The Chemical Analyzer'

s report is not received yet. Perhaps for want of Chemical Analyzer report, the trial could not have been opened. Earlier bail application of the applicant was decided on merits. If applicant wants to seek a bail, he has to show change in circumstances. However, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that

s report may throw light on the case, but it is not on record.

The learned A.P.P. is directed to instruct the concerned Investigating Officer to collect the Chemical Analyzer' s report from the concerned office and place it on record and supply its copy to the learned counsel for the applicant at the earliest. 4.

The learned trial Court shall endavour to progress the matter as per the seniority.
