This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rs.Twenty lakhs) deposited by Respondent No.3 in pursuance to the order passed by this Court.

Considering the contentions raised in the application, we are of the opinion that the applicants can be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by Respondent No.3, subject to the condition of applicants tendering an undertaking to this Court to the effect that in the event of passing of any order adverse to the interest of the applicants, the amount shall be redeposited in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of passing of such order; and it is accordingly directed.
