The petitioners' grievance is that, their representations dt. 23.11.2012 and 19.12.2012 were not considered by the respondents in light of the provisions of Maharashtra Act No. I of 2012, dt. 02.02.2012.

It is an admitted fact that, no application as contemplated by the provisions of the said Act was made by the petitioner within time. The applications/representations referred to above were belatedly made and, therefore, the Government was not obliged to decide them. 3.

In view of above, the petition has no substance and same stands dismissed.
