The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that Civil Application No. 4601 of 2022 be allowed to be withdrawn. Accordingly, the same stands withdrawn and dismissed.

The other Civil Application No. 13257 of 2022 is fled for either to withdraw the amount or to list the First Appeal for fnal hearing at earliest. Since the question of law is involved in respect of liability of the Insurance Company, the appeal is now fied for fnal hearing at admission stage on 22nd November 2022.
