Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Leave to add the Collector, Beed as party respondents.

Issue notice to the respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No.1 and the added respondent. Mr. S. T. Shelke, learned counsel waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

The dispute raised by the petitioner in respect of tendering of her resignation is stated to be pending with the Collector, Beed since last seven months. The petitioner states that the dispute is already referred to the Collector and is pending for disposal. If that be so, the petitioner shall cause 1/2

905.odt appearance before the Collector, Beed on Saturday, 6th August, 2016. The Collector, Beed shall extend hearing to the petitioner, either on 6th August, 2016 or on 8th August, 2016 and proceed to take decision in the reference/dispute referred to him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably before 12th August, 2016. 5.

The election programme declared by the Tahsildar shall be subject to the outcome of the dispute pending with the Collector, Beed.

With the directions as above, writ petition is disposed of.
