PER COURT :- We have heard this matter for quite some time. We were not inclined to entertain this petition. The petitioner desires that we should deliver a verdict of holding respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 guilty of having assaulted him without a trial. The learned Advocate for the petitioner, therefore submits that his pending representation before the Divisional Police Officer, Majalgaon dated 28.3.2019 may be considered as per the procedure laid down in law.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Needless to state, the concerned Police officer - respondent No.2 who has received the representation from Mr. Arvind Ankush Galande, dated 28.3.2019 shall deal with the said representation strictly in accordance with the provisions of law.
