The petitioner claims to be the Headmistress of the High School. By this petition, she raises the grievance that her salary has not been paid to her ever since she joined the School from 18.06.2006 till 19.06.2011 for the post of Assistant Teacher and as a Headmistress from 19.06.2011 till today. The respondent - management is a private entity and operates on no grant basis. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would prepare a proper representation addressed to respondent no.3 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalna and seek the intervention

1880.21WP of the said Authorities to compel the management to pay her unpaid salaries.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.
