The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance has been conducted. The petitioner has completed her MBBS course including internship, however the validity proceedings are not yet decided. The vigilance was conducted prior to COVID - 19.

The learned AGP accepts notice for Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4. 3.

The petitioner shall appear before Respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee on 24-10-2021 and shall file say to the vigilance report. 4.

The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the Gajanan

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
