Considering the order dated 24.08.2022, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.5256 of 2022, National Highways Authority of India Vs. Sheetal Jaidev Vade and others, and in the light of a specific statutory efficacious remedy available under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956, both these Petitions are disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law.

The time spent by the Petitioners in this Court from the date of the filing of the Petitions till the passing of this order, may be considered as a good ground for condonation of delay.
