VERSUS
Collector Nandurbar & others .....Respondents Mr. G. O. Wattamwar,AGP for the State.
CORAM : KISHORE C. SANT, J.
DATE : 1st DECEMBER, 2025.
PER COURT :
1.
This Court, by order dated 06.08.2025, had adjourned the Petition for dismissal to 12.09.2025 as none was present for the Petitioner. On 07.10.2025, time was sought by learned Advocate for the Petitioner. Time was therefore granted by way of last chance clarifying that if the Petition is not worked out the same shall stand dismissed and the matter was adjourned to 04.11.2025. On 04.11.2025, again it was intimated to the Court that the Advocate on record has filed leave note and adjournment was sought on that ground. On 04.11.2025, again it was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted at the request of the Petitioner. On 10.11.2025, again, it was adjourned to today, at the request of the Respondents.
- 2 - wp8298.20.odt 2.
Today, when the Petition is called out, none is present for the Petitioner inspite of several orders passed by this Court on the earlier dates. Petition, therefore, stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Needless to say that the interim relief stands vacated. 3.
Pending Application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
