This application is filed seeking modification of condition imposed on applicants/claimants to furnish bank guarantee, vide order dated 12th July, 2019.

Learned advocate for acquiring body and learned AGP strenuously opposed the application stating that no ground is made out and the condition may be continued.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', thereby permitting claimants to withdraw the remaining 50% amount along with proportionate interest, on furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
