Applicants, i.e. legal heir of the respondent no. 1/claimant no. 1 and respondent no. 2/claimant no. 2 have filed this application to bring their names on record as a legal representative of respondent no. 1, as well as to set aside the abatement order, if any, passed and direct the appellant to carry out the amendment for bringing their names on record. For which, learned Advocate for the appellant Ms. Arote, holding for learned Advocate Mr. Deshpande, on instructions, has given no objection to allow the application.

In view of the no objection as well as the reasons disclosed in the application, the application is allowed as prayed in terms of prayer clauses (B), (C), (D), and (E).
