Counsel Mr. P.S.Patil appearing for respondent no.4, on instructions, submits that application of the petitioner is not traceable. He further submits that in case fresh application is filed by the petitioner, the Committee will consider the same in accordance with law.

Counsel Mr.P.S.Patil makes a grievance that in the application which was filed before the Committee by the petitioner, respondent no.6 Dattatray Laxman Patare was not made party though he will be directly affected because of outcome of the said application.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application to the Committee within two weeks from today. Needless to observe that, respondent no.6 Dattatray Laxman Patare should be included in the said application.

In case such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the Counsel appearing for respondent no.4, on instructions submits that such application will be decided within six months thereafter.
