Heard the learned Advocate representing the respective parties. 2.

The present petition would not be entertained as the petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal available in accordance with law. If the Statutory Appeal /Revision is filed to challenge the impugned order, the authorities to decide the same in accordance with Law. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his vehicle is detained for a long period of time i.e. on 18/07/2023 and that it would serve no purpose in detaining the vehicle.

Thus limited direction is issued that on deposit of 50 % of the

WP 9285-2023 amount as imposed under impugned notice/order and receipt being produced before the authority, the petitioner's vehicle be released within a period of three days on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the authority. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, with above direction.
