Present applications are for condonation of delay of 642 days caused in filing appeals against judgment and order of the Reference Court passed in the land acquisition references. 3.
The learned counsel for applicant acquiring body submits that delay has been caused on account of certain administrative reasons. Learned counsel further submits that delay is not intentional and deliberate and therefore, in the interest of justice, delay may be condoned.

Learned counsel for respondent no.1 / claimants opposes the applications on the ground that delay is not properly explained. 5.
I have gone through the contents of the applications. For the reasons mentioned in the applications, applications deserve to be allowed. Accordingly, applications are allowed. Delay stands condoned.
