Pursuant to the Judgment of the Apex Court and the Report submitted by Justice Palkar Commission, it was found that the freedom fighter certificates are not proper and the pension of the Petitioners was stopped.

We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned A.G.P. for Respondents. The pension was stopped vide Government Resolution dated 21st March 2007. The same is based on the Justice Palkar Commission's Report. The authenticity of warrant etc. cannot be established by the Petitioners.

In light of that Writ Petitions are

dismissed. Rule discharged. No costs.
