This is an application for bringing legal representative of deceased petitioner - Ramchandra Namdeo Chonde on record who died on 05.06.2018. The application came to be filed on 07.08.2018 and was, therefore, within limitation. Photostat copy of the death certificate issued by the Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation, Kallamb, is on record.

The legal representatives as per the application are the widow, son and the married daughter of the deceased. The application is allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicant shall effect necessary amendment in the petition incorporating the names of the proposed LRs. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. After amending the petition, the copy of the amended petition be supplied to the newly added respondents within a week, thereafter. 4.
