The applicant's father was old aged person and he was bedridden. The applicant is the only person in the family to look after his ailing father. In view of the same, delay of 34 days is caused in filing the Appeal from Order. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent sole has not seriously objected this application. 3.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.
