Original complainant has pressed into service instant application urging grant of leave to question the judgment and order of acquittal dated 10.04.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court No.11), Aurangabad in S.C.C. No.7897 of 2019.

The applicant on one hand and the respondent on the

-2- 958-ALP-121-2024 other hand have entered into an agreement for settlement. They have duly affirmed the terms of compromise before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The report of the learned Registrar (Judicial) is received by this Court. The terms of compromise are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. 3.

Learned counsel for applicant as well as learned counsel for respondent jointly submitted that, the matter is now settled. Original complainant has no grievance surviving and that, the parties are not interested in prosecuting the matter. 4.

In view of above as well as the report received by this Court from Registrar (Judicial), application is disposed off as settled.
