Learned counsel states that respondent no. 5 is avoiding service and that his wife and children are residing on the same address. 2.

He submits that applicant may either be allowed to affix notice on the conspicuous part of the house of respondent no.5 or he may be permitted to be served through paper publication. 3.

Looking at aforesaid, applicant is permitted to serve respondent no. 5 by paper publication as well as by affixing notice on the conspicuous part of his house, as per rules.
