Petitioners proposal is pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee for adjudication for number of years. By the earlier order the Committee had refused to consider the claim because of the spelling mistake in the description of the tribe in the tribe certificate. Pursuant to the order of this Court necessary corrections were carried out and the fresh certificates are tendered to the Committee in the month of June 2023. 2.
